WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

ORDRE collects Personal Information, such as your email address, when you create an Account with ORDRE to use the Services. IP ADDRESS INFORMATION AND OTHER INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY ORDRE receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie, and the page you request in order to operate the Services. ORDRE may use analytic tools or services to view aggregate statistics about the usage of the Services. Some of this information is derived from Personal Information. This statistical information is not Personal Information and cannot be tied back to you, your Account or your web browser. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
ORDRE will not share Personal Information about you with other people or other companies without your consent except to provide products or services you've requested and in the following circumstances:
ORDRE may be required to disclose Personal Information and/or non-personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with National and Local governmental laws, subpoenas, warrants, court orders or legal process or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of ORDRE's Terms, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. ORDRE reserves the right to disclose Personal Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that ORDRE believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our Site, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ORDRE, our users or others. ORDRE may share demographic information with business partners, such as "53% of users who regularly use ORDRE are boutiques" or the like. No Personal Information will ever be used without your permission when sharing such demographic information (i.e. we will ask you for a quote or testimonial). We limit access to Personal Information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
EDITING AND DELETING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Your Account and your Account username can be deleted at any time if you request; however, please note that your identification and contact information may remain in ORDRE's records for some period. If you delete your Account, any association between your Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Account. DATA SECURITY AND CHANGE OF CONTROL Your Account information is password-protected. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your Account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your Account. ORDRE uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards, such as commercially available encryption protocols, to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to ORDRE and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, ORDRE makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If ORDRE learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps.
WHAT INFORMATION OF MINE CAN I ACCESS?
If you are a registered user, you can access information associated with your Account by logging into the Services. Registered and unregistered users can access and delete cookies through their web browser settings.
WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE REGARDING MY INFORMATION?
You can always opt not to disclose certain information to us, even though it may be needed to take advantage of some of our features. Your Account will be deleted if you request.
